Website cloned

This website was recently cloned by a suspicious site called singindex.com. I contacted the owner of the site after I was granted permission for his secret email address and details on the account. He instantly removed the fake site but now the website produces an error message. It is likely an SEO company or the like working perhaps for another website that is similar to mine decided to hack this site to reduce the page ranking. I am in touch with google and have requested another webcrawl of my site as soon as possible.  For anybody our there with professional websites beware as I believe this sort of crime is on the increase and virtually un punishable.
